Stratage Law Partners acted for Marengo Asia Healthcare on its 100% acquisition of W Pratiksha hospital in Gurugram.
Stratage advised on the transaction, drafting of the deal documents and negotiating on behalf of Marengo as well as conducting legal due diligence.
The transaction team was led by partner Shyam Pandya, senior associate Aasim Syed and associate Meha Patel. Associate manager Khushrav Kumana led the legal due diligence team with associates Vishakha Dube and Medha Nagpal. Investment bankers, Indium Capital Advisors also assisted the team.
