Link Legal India Law Services was Indian legal counsel to Rolls Royce when it agreed to acquire marine automation solutions provider Servowatch Systems, a UK-based subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro.
The acquisition for an undisclosed amount was made on 2 December by Rolls Royce Power Systems, a German subsidiary of Rolls Royce Holdings.

Larsen & Toubro said the sale of Servowatch Systems was part of a strategic portfolio review process that has included the US$2.1 billion sale of its electrical and automation business to Schneider Electric on 31 August.
