Link Legal conducted legal due diligence, drafting, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents, and provided legal assistance throughout and in closing the transaction. The Howen funds will be deployed to bring in speed and availability through technology across India. ReadyAssist is an Indian roadside assistance startup providing tech-enabled 24/7 assistance, emergency services, vehicle maintenance and other related activities.
