Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a proactive senior lawyer to have career development at a bulge bracket bank in Shanghai. You will provide legal and compliance support and assistance to the thriving securities business in China.
Requirements
You must be PRC/Common Law qualified with over 8 years’ PQE on PRC on-shore capital markets transactions with a reputable PRC/joint venture securities company. A good team player with proven technical and research skills, as well as an overseas LLB/LLM, is preferred. You must have strong drafting and negotiation abilities plus fluent English and Mandarin skills for the role. REF: 15938/VTA
