The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) has announced it will close its India operations on 1 June. LCIA India will serve the needs of users in India, including those who have adopted the LCIA India Rules, from the LCIA’s London office, using a London-based casework team. Going forward, arbitration and mediation based on the LCIA India Rules will no longer be offered.
