Shearman & Sterling has re-hired Wanda Woo as a capital markets partner in Hong Kong. Previously, she was an associate at the firm in 2011 to 2018. She joined from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she was a partner for almost three years. She advises on capital markets transactions including IPOs, share placings, rights and bond offerings, and compliance matters.
