Latham & Watkins has assisted the book running lead managers for Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy’s qualified institutional placement (QIP), raising USD180 million.

Partner Rajiv Gupta led the Latham & Watkins team, acting for Nuvama Wealth Management and DAM Capital Advisors.

Gupta had the support of associate Esha Goel on the team, which included US tax experts, partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim from New York and partner Enrique Rene de Vera from Chicago, with London-based associate Farrah Yan.

Sterling and Wilson is a globally recognised provider of renewable engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions.
