Anagram and Trilegal advised parties on the Körber Group’s acquisition of a 49% stake held by Indian company Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing in Godrej Körber Supply Chain for an undisclosed amount.

Körber is an international technology group with global operations in integrated supply chain solutions, automation, software and robotics. Through the acquisition, Körber now has 100% ownership of Godrej Körber Supply Chain, fully integrating the company into its global supply chain business and further strengthening its presence in India.

Partner Delano Furtado led the Trilegal corporate team, with the support of counsel Pritali Patil, senior associate Aakarsh Kumar, as well as associates Ridhi Shetty and Punit Sanwal. Partner Gauri Chhabra led the Trilegal competition team.

Trilegal’s scope of work included transaction-related advice, covering corporate, foreign exchange and competition law aspects, the review, negotiation and finalisation of the share purchase agreement, and assistance with closing the transaction.

Anagram Partners advised Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing on the transaction.

With the integration of Godrej Körber Supply Chain into its global network, Körber aims to accelerate the adoption of advanced automation and software-driven logistics and intralogistics solutions across sectors, including e-commerce, manufacturing, FMCG and pharmaceuticals, supporting the modernisation and efficiency of India’s supply chain ecosystem.
