Juhi Chandel, an advocate at Aarna Law, has joined King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK) as the new director of litigation in Bengaluru.
Chandel specialises in representing and advising clients on matters related to insolvency and bankruptcy, company law, mergers, intellectual property and litigation.
Joining King Stubb & Kasiva has opened a new door of opportunities, said Chandel. “I was offered freedom, more responsibilities and more lucrative long-term opportunities for my professional development,” she told India Business Law Journal.
As director of litigation, Chandel will streamline litigation work and develop new practice areas at the firm. She advises and assists resolution professionals and liquidators with complex matters related to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and intellectual property rights, and also works with infrastructure dispute matters.
“I will work towards creating a positive perception among clients and their in-house legal team towards KSK so that we can handle even more high-value and complex matters across the domain of businesses for domestic as well as international markets,” said Chandel.
She also aims to foster a balanced growth of the litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice at KSK.
