Kennedys has strengthened its presence in Australia’s insurance landscape through the addition of Lucinda Lyons as a partner.
The move is part of Kennedys’ ongoing strategic growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Lyons, who worked with Clyde & Co as a managing partner, brings more than two decades of experience working with major insurers, reinsurers, brokers and corporations. Specialising in casualty and personal injury matters, she focuses on personal injury, third-party property and product liability.

This development follows Kennedys’ investment in Australia in recent years, including the opening of a new office in Perth in 2021, the establishment of a branch in Brisbane in 2022, and the relocation of the Sydney team to a new building. Lyons is set to commence her role on 18 December.
