Shi Qi and Wang Boyang have joined JunHe’s Xi’an office as partners, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in commercial dispute resolution.
Shi, formerly an equity partner at TianTong Law Firm, worked at the Intermediate People’s Court of Xi’an City in Shaanxi province.
She brings nearly 20 years of practise experience in litigation, with expertise in commercial dispute resolution, focusing on corporate finance, factoring and leasing, and the mining and energy sectors.
Some of her cases have been regarded as exemplary and have been included in the referee rules of the No. 2 Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court.
Wang, who also previously practised at Tian Tong, joined as a dedicated specialist in commercial dispute resolution within the mineral resources and new energy industries, including oil, coal, and other mineral resources. He has handled nearly 100 commercial litigation cases in the Supreme Court and various provincial high courts.
He has advised well-known enterprises and financial institutions such as PetroChina, Sinopec, CHN Energy, China Huadian, China XD, CCB, Agricultural Bank of China and China Post.
JunHe’s Xi’an office was established in February this year.
