JunHe has appointed Joyce Zhang as a partner in its Shanghai office focusing on corporate and M&A, life sciences and healthcare, private equity, financing and compliance.
Zhang spent six years at then King & Wood before entering China’s medical and healthcare industry in 2006. In her immediate previous role, she was the chief operating officer and counselor at Huamai Medical Devices in Hangzhou.
After 15 years of working in the healthcare industry, Zhang is familiar with medical devices, in vitro diagnosis, medical investment and medical services. She has led many domestic and foreign IPO projects, and led and participated in nearly 30 domestic and foreign M&A and strategic co-operation projects.
