Prior to joining Han Kun, Mao was the chief compliance officer of Maxwealth Fund Management, where she was fully responsible for building the company’s legal and compliance structure. She specialises in legal and compliance, risk management and internal audit practices in the mutual fund industry.
Mao has 16 years of experience, especially in the mutual fund industry with respect to regulatory and policy applications and practice, legal and compliance solutions design, financial product design and lifecycle management, compliance assessments and training, risk management and solutions, and internal audits and operations.
