JunHe’s elects new leadership

JunHe has elected a new management committee, which will take office from 1 January 2021 and will be in office for a three-year term. Warren Hua will succeed Xiao Wei, a founding partner of JunHe, as the managing partner of the firm. Xiao will remain a member in the committee. Other committee members include Sammuel Zhao, Zhang Ping, Yu Yongqiang and Wu Lei.

Hua focuses on banking and finance, foreign direct investment, infrastructure and engineering, and M&A. He has extensive experience in the water, transport, mining, automotive and finance sectors. Hua joined JunHe’s Beijing office in April 2012, and has previously worked in the Hong Kong and Guangzhou offices of Pinsent Masons, and the Beijing office of Gide Loyrette Nouel.
