Japanese medical web portal company M3 has acquired a majority stake in Health Impetus, an Indian company that focuses on niche areas of the healthcare industry.
M3 acquired the stake by purchasing shares from Health Care at Home India and by subscribing to Health Impetus equity shares.
M3 operates m3.com, a web portal for medical professionals that delivers healthcare related information to 250,000 physicians in Japan while also providing marketing and research and development support to pharmaceutical companies.
