Announced during the country’s IP week on 25-27 August this year, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) signed new IP partnerships with Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Brazil and China. IPOS will bridge China’s Capital Intellectual Property Services Association with ASEAN enterprises, firms and universities. With its ASEAN partners, IPOS will collaborate in designs registrations, accelerating patent grant, outsourcing of patent search and examination work.
