IndusLaw has advised the Naspers-owned Prosus on B2B fruit marketplace Vegrow’s series C funding, raising USD46 million.
Partner Nikita Goyal led the IndusLaw team, with the assistance of senior associate Deepansh Goyal, as well as associates Ayush Singh and Sarthak Sangwai.
Founding partner Avimukt Dar contributed strategic input, while partner Lokesh Shah, advised Prosus on the tax aspects of the transaction. Trilegal represented Vegrow.
Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC led the funding round, which involved existing investors, including Prosus, Matrix Partners India, Elevation Capital and Lightspeed.
