Tanner De Witt has hired commercial litigation lawyer Richard Wilmot as a consultant to the firm’s dispute resolution practice in Hong Kong. He joined from Stephenson Harwood, where he was a partner for more than five years.
Wilmot is a dual-qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, and England and Wales. He is experienced in dispute settlement focusing on commercial, trading and investment in Hong Kong and internationally. As an accredited mediator with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), he frequently leads the resolution of complex multi-jurisdictional commercial cases involving debt recovery, sale of goods, shareholder and joint venture issues.
