Han Kun has hired two senior tax specialists, Jiang Dongni and Shen Jing, in its Beijing office. Before joining Han Kun, Jiang was a tax partner at KPMG and Shen worked in the tax department of one of the “big four” accounting firms.
Jiang is experienced in providing tax advisory services in China and the US with a focus on investment and financing, IPOs, and high net worth individuals. She has been deeply engaged in the TMT sector and has experience in M&A transactions.
Shen’s practice covers fields including tax consulting for M&A and restructuring, business model optimisation, investment fund establishment, incentive share system design and tax planning, and family wealth management tax matters. He has worked on large-scale M&A transactions in China’s science and technology industries, assisted overseas-listed Chinese firms to go private and relist on the A-share market, and red-chip structuring for overseas listings.
