Han Kun Law Offices has opened a branch in Haikou, its fifth after Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It will provide legal services in areas such as funds establishment, financial and wealth management, equity investment, dispute resolution IP and corporate compliance.
Han Kun says the new office will “contribute to the overall development and construction of the Hainan Free Trade Zone and the Hainan Free Trade Port.” The branch will cover South China business along with Han Kun offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
This is the second law firm to set up a branch in Haikou this month following an opening by AllBright Law Offices.
