Han Kun Law Offices has added capital markets expert Li Jianhui to the firm’s practice in South China. Li has 30 years of legal experience in onshore and offshore capital markets including PE/VC investment and M&A.
He is also an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and is a mediator at the Shenzhen Securities and Futures Dispute Resolution Centre. Prior to joining Han Kun, Li was a partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm.
