Guantao Law Firm has opened two offices in Nanchang and Wenzhou, bringing the number of its offices to 28 worldwide.
The Nanchang branch is Guantao’s first office in Jiangxi province, providing services in investment, financing and M&A, real estate and infrastructure, securities, capital markets, banking and finance, and funds. Managing partner Liu Shenghui will lead the team of partners including Wang Yaping, Wang Ren and Ouyang Lin.
Wenzhou is Guantao’s second office in Zhejiang province after Hangzhou, offering civil and commercial, criminal, investment and financing, bankruptcy reorganisation, non-performing assets, intellectual property, dispute resolution and other legal services.
The new office is located in the former site of Times Business Law Firm after a takeover and its former executive director Zhou Chunbo will remain as the director of this Guantao branch.
