Grandall Law Firm has hired Sun Xiang and He Fu as Kunming-based partners, and Lin Feng as a partner in the Fuzhou office.
Sun, who joined from City Development Law Firm and was a partner at DeHeng Law Offices, focuses on corporate business with more than 30 years of experience advising large state-owned enterprises on corporate governance, metallurgy, minerals, energy, bulk commodities, construction, joint venture, and investment and finance. He is an arbitrator of the arbitration committee in Kunming, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, and a part-time director of several Yunnan state-owned enterprises.
He Fu, previously a senior partner at City Development, specialises in litigation and non-litigation of real estate, construction and non-performing assets. He has provided legal services to many real estate developers and infrastructure companies, such as Sunac China, Country Garden, Longfor Group, Yango Group, Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group, Hebei Construction Group and Jiangxi Construction Engineering.
Lin, who formerly practised at W&H Law Firm, has extensive experience in criminal defence, construction and real estate. He is involved in the panel of legal advisers of Fuzhou authorities and local state-owned enterprises, advising on many government projects.
