ODSA Topco, a company backed by funds advised by private equity firm Apax Partners, has agreed to acquire GlobalLogic, a company that provides outsourced product engineering services. The agreement will help GlobalLogic offer design and engineering solutions to companies around the world.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed before the end of 2013.
