Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has named senior counsel Tomoko Nakajima as head of the firm’s Japan M&A practice.
Nakajima joined the firm in 2002 and has decades of cross-border M&A experience. In her new role, Nakajima will continue to serve her key clients and assume oversight of all of the firm’s Japan M&A-related matters to provide a holistic view of evolving market dynamics and the challenges faced by clients.
