JunHe, Dacheng Law Offices, Scihead Law Firm, Paul Hastings and Jingtian & Gongcheng advised on SinoSynergy’s HKD1.56 billion (USD200 million) listing in Hong Kong.

SinoSynergy issued 79.52 million H shares at HKD19.66 apiece in the listing.

JunHe provided advice on Hong Kong and PRC law to SinoSynergy, led by partners Zhang Ping and Zhang Ke, with support from partners Yuki Chan, Alice Xiong, Yi Yisong and Yang Yinglei.

Dacheng acted as data security counsel while Scihead advised on PRC litigation matters due to SinoSynergy facing nine lawsuits.

Paul Hastings advised the sole sponsor Huatai International Financial Holdings and other underwriters – CMB International Capital, GF Securities, Haitong International Securities and Livermore Holdings – on Hong Kong law, while Jingtian & Gongcheng advised on PRC law.

Founded in 2015, SinoSynergy focuses on the research, development, production and sales of the hydrogen fuel cell system.

The prospectus showed that Sinosynergy ranked first among its peers regarding shipments from 2017 to 2022. The company’s revenue reached RMB740 million (USD104.3 million) in 2022, a 63.7% increase from 2021.
