Rutu Gandhi has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a partner in its financial regulatory practice in Mumbai.
Gandhi returns to the firm after working briefly with Trilegal. Her areas of expertise include financial services regulation, regulatory representations, internal investigations, ongoing compliance and enforcement.
She has experience advising domestic and global financial institutions and entities on regulatory and securities law matters such as licensing and registration, governance, insider trading and market manipulation, internal controls and risk assessment. She also focuses on securities law enforcement and market conduct.
After graduating from Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar, Gandhi joined then Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co’s Mumbai office in August 2011, and was with the firm until December 2020.
