Foreign-related practice expert Feng Caihong, previously a consultant at King & Wood Mallesons, has joined Anli Partners’ Beijing headquarters as a partner.
As a qualified attorney in both the PRC and England and Wales, Feng is a member of the Beijing Lawyer Association’s foreign-related lawyer talent pool. She specialises in inbound and outbound investment and M&A, foreign investment security reviews, overseas and antitrust compliance, and company governance.
Feng has advised many high-profile companies such as Vestate Grou Holdings, FAW Group, China Minmetals, Weichai Power, BYD and Moody’s.
