Mani says the trio left Infosys to start the firm “because we felt that there is a need for lawyers with significant business and technology industry experience in India”.

Mani worked at Infosys for nine and a half years, serving as the head of the company’s legal department for the past five years. Prior to working at Infosys, he served as a legal adviser to Reliance Industries.
