Our client is a UK Law Firm looking for a mid-senior level associate to join the ECM team. The teams focuses on capital market and corporate finance transactions, primarily advises underwriters and companies on initial public offerings and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. They provide strong career progression to lead deals and manage the team.
