IP lawyer Vinay Dwarkadas has returned to RK Dewan & Co, where he worked in 2010. He had left RK Dewan to take up the role of general counsel at Flareum Technologies, a solar energy company. However, he said he had to leave Flareum because “the company shut its operations abruptly owing to a financial crisis”.
