Job Description
We are delighted to be working with a world’s luxury automobile marque that has a requirement for a Data Protection Officer in Shanghai. This influential role sites as part of their compliance ethics office and reports to the APAC head of compliance. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s data protection programs in the APEC region.
Requirements
You must have a minimum of 5 years’ in-house or law firm experience plus hands-on data privacy knowledge. A law degree or accredited data protection professional qualification is highly desirable. Candidates with the ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, respect, trust, and credibility at all levels are preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills are required as well as native-level English ( Mandarin is NOT required). REF: CN211/VTA
