Dacheng Wong Alliance, a Singapore-China joint venture law firm, has hired Yang Yen Thaw to co-head its India practice. Yang is an Indian-qualified lawyer who moved to the firm from the Singapore office of Lexygen, an Indian private equity and venture capital boutique.
Yang has practised law in India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo. His clients have included Huawei Technologies, Adidas India and ZTE Corporation.
He has 19 years of experience on cross-border transactions and investments, joint ventures, M&A and intellectual property. He has also advised on various private equity and venture capital deals.
