Dacheng Law Offices has recently established a presence in Luoyang, marking its second branch in Henan province, following the Zhengzhou office. This expansion resulted from the merger between Guangwen Law Firm and a portion of the team at Daxin Law Firm.

Wang Hongju, director of Daxin and vice president of the Henan Provincial Lawyers Association, and Suo Yaxing, director of Guangwen and vice president of the Luoyang Lawyers Association, will serve as temporary co-heads of Dacheng’s Luoyang office.

Currently, the Luoyang office comprises 108 lawyers and five trainee lawyers, becoming the first law firm in the city with more than 100 legal professionals. The office primarily focuses on services such as bankruptcy reorganisation, bankruptcy liquidation and intellectual property rights.

Wang expressed the intention to leverage Dacheng’s resource network to further enhance the branch’s foreign-related and securities business in the future.
