Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has advised Indian financial services company Navi Finserv on the issuance of INR5 billion (USD60 million) worth of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
Partners Vijay Parthasarthi and Lakshmi Prakash led the CAM transaction team with the assistance of principal associate designates Akshay Singh Ralhi and Kushal Rohira, and associates Vedansh Batwara, Tanvi Ramdas and Prajna Kariappa.
Navi Finserv issued INR2.5 billion NCDs along with a INR2.5 billion green-shoe option.
