Lawyer and chartered accountant Lokesh Shah has joined IndusLaw strengthening the tax practice in the firm’s Delhi and the National Capital Region office.
Shah has more than 20 years of experience in tax matters related to M&A, international, corporate and transfer pricing. He offers expertise in diverse areas of tax law, advising multinational enterprises, PE funds, Indian corporations, and high net-worth individuals on M&A deals, cross-border transactions, tax optimisation, estate planning and tax litigation.
He regularly advises companies in the financial services, private equity, pharmaceutical, infrastructure and entertainment sectors as well as NGOs.
Prior to joining IndusLaw, Shah was a partner with Saraf & Partners Law Offices.
