In Anita Grover v Commissioner of Central Excise And Ors, Delhi High Court adjudicated on the legal liability of an ex-director for government dues under the Customs Act, 1962.

Grover was a director of Shri Ram Casting and had resigned from the board in 1993. She owned three properties in Delhi.
