Job Description
This leading UK law firm is seeking a self-motivated and ambitious transactional lawyer to join its highly regarded Greater China corporate team in Hong Kong. You will have the opportunity to work with leading partners on high profile transactions in the region.
Requirements
You ideally are a Hong Kong qualified or RFLwith 2 to 4 years’ transactional experience in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and PE deals with top-tier international/Hong Kong law firms. Commercially astute candidates with sound knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and the ability to handle M&A deals from end-to-end independently are preferred. Excellent research and drafting skills are necessary, as well as fluent English and Mandarin. REF: 16096/VTA
