China Overseas Land & Investment (COLI), a Hong Kong-listed developer of property projects, recently reached an agreement to acquire a portfolio of property projects from CSCECL, through what has been designed as a packaged two-way transaction.
The total transaction value is RMB33.8 billion (US$5.5 billion). The acquired portfolio includes projects located in London, the UK and cities in China including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Suzhou, Chengdu, Xian, Urumqi, Changsha, Weifang and Zibo.
