Clyde & Co has hired Thai litigator and international arbitrator Dutsadee Dutsadeepanich as the second partner in its Bangkok office, which opened earlier this year.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, she was a partner at Thai law firm ABER Group, which she co-founded last year.
Specialising in dispute resolution and litigation, Dutsadeepanich has more than a decade of experience in cross-border litigation and international arbitration, with a strong track record of settling Thai insurance disputes. She advises on complex commercial matters, construction disputes, energy conflicts, aviation, infrastructure and transport matters.
She is also an arbitrator at the Asian International Arbitration Centre, the Thailand Arbitration Centre, the Thai Arbitration Institute and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
Dutsadeepanich will work closely with international arbitrator and partner Ian Johnston, as well as legal director Sorawat Wongkaweepairot, who set up the office late last year.
