Job Description
This multinational leading industrial player is seeking a Greater China General Counsel. As chief legal advisor, you will oversee corporate governance, project negotiation, legal compliance, litigation/dispute settlements. Candidates need maturity, integrity, and sound judgment, as well as excellent communication skills to be able to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment.
Requirements
You must be a qualified lawyer with over 12 years’ PQE with a leading law firm and an MNC. You can be any jurisdiction qualified, however with PRC practice experience in a Head of Legal position. Candidates need strong commercial and legal team management background and broad legal practice experience across relevant jurisdictions to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English are needed. REF: 14951/VTA
