China Commercial Law Firm has set up its Hangzhou branch and expanded its overseas practice to Singapore, in addition to the offices opened in Shenyang, Qingdao and Yongzhou in the past two months.
This expansion allows the firm to optimise its presence in the Yangtze River Delta region by offering services in capital markets and securities, foreign law, corporate operations and governance, construction and engineering, criminal defence, civil and commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property, as well as maritime and marine.
Previously, the firm had set up offices in the Yangtze River Delta cities of Nanjing, Yiwu and Huangshan.
China Commercial Law Firm has also formed a strategic partnership with three Singapore law firms – Asia Practice, Trident Law and BR Law – to facilitate the matching of legal business for mutual investments between Chinese and Singaporean companies.
Specialising in corporate and finance matters, criminal defence, and aboriginal law, respectively, these Singapore firms will help provide legal support to clients looking to invest in either country.
