Chen Jingjing has returned to Haiwen & Partners as a partner to boost the firm’s dispute resolution business in the Shanghai office.
She was a partner at Hui Zhong Law Firm, but practised at Yun Zheng Law Firm as the two established a deep collaborative relationship, assigning Shanghai business to the latter. Before joining Hui Zhong, Chen spent time at JunHe.
Chen brings more than 16 years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, involving product liability, distribution agreements, construction and engineering, international trade, and banking and finance.
She has represented multinational and Chinese companies to handle commercial matters at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
