He is well versed in technology-related disputes, shareholder and company disputes, and contentious employment matters involving international dimensions.
Chan is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and holds qualifications as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand. His proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin contributes a diverse skill set and a broad international perspective to the firm.
