Chinese Intellectual property-focused law firm Chang Tsi & Partners has opened a new office in Seoul, the firm’s ninth branch globally. The office has a headcount of four people and will be led by senior adviser Xu Dongxu.
Xu joined the firm in August last year and focuses on IP and civil actions, with expertise in the cultural industries. He previously worked as a counsellor at the South Korean Embassy in China, and assisted hundreds of South Korean enterprises with investment issues in China during his tenure.
