Wang Rongqing and Syu Zhu have joined the Shanghai office as partners to strengthen the dispute resolution and corporate operations of Chance Bridge Partners.
Wang, who previously practised at TianTong Law Firm and Fangda Partners, has expertise in dispute resolution, and the financial and capital markets. He handles difficult commercial and financial dispute cases in high-level courts.
Zhu, who previously practised at Zhong Lun Law Firm, focuses on cross-border M&A, investment and financing, as well as corporate management and compliance.
Her clients include multinational corporations, and centralised enterprises and startups in various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, entertainment and sports, industrial manufacturing, etc. She also served as general counsel at many foreign enterprises.
