Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft has boosted its Asian capabilities with the addition of three capital markets partners from Jones Day.
Joseph Lee, Jeffrey Maddox and David Neuville will become members of Cadwalader’s team in Hong Kong.
Lee focuses on corporate finance and securities transactions, with a special emphasis on initial public offerings for Hong Kong and Chinese companies, and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised companies in Hong Kong and China on M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions, and has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and reorganization.
