Indian fashion retailer Biba has bought a 26.66% stake from couturier Anju Modi in her company Anjuman Brand Designs. Biba also acquired convertible debentures in the company.
Anjuman focuses on the design, manufacture and sale of garments under the Anju Modi brand name. The company and has 10 stores in India and also sells its garments online.
