AZB & Partners has been quietly expanding over the last six months with the induction of five new partners: Vaishali Sharma, Vishnu Jerome, Shreyas Jayasimha, Prabjhot Bhullar and Yashwant Mathur.
Both Sharma and Jayasimha have over eight years of experience in the profession. Sharma’s strength lies in mergers and acquisitions, where she has garnered wide transactional experience. The bulk of her work involves advising on corporate and commercial transactions, including high value structured real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, antitrust laws and reconstructions and reorganizations.
Jayasimha focuses primarily on domestic and international dispute resolution work including litigation, arbitration and mediation. He obtained a diploma from Keble College, Oxford, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
