Job Description
A global elite law firm is looking to recruit a mid to senior-level lawyer to join its top-ranked M&A and private equity practice in Shanghai. You will act on a broad range of complex and high-profile M&A transactions with Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, investment banks, and prominent privately-held corporations.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a US JD plus experience in M&A or private equity transactions. A minimum of a year’s practice with a top-tier US law firm in the United States is required. Native-level Mandarin and fluent English language skills are mandatory. REF: 16394/VTA
